1. Grooming Services
All grooming service bookings are final. If you are not satisfied, please notify us immediately after the session. We will do our best to address your concerns or offer an adjustment (if applicable).
2. Product Purchases
We accept returns for unopened, unused pet products within 2 days of purchase, along with a valid receipt. Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
No returns or exchanges are allowed on perishable items (e.g., pet food or treats), opened packaging, or hygiene-related products due to safety reasons.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment or store credit within 5–7 business days.
